## Open questions and conflicts

- **Open question — MIM and resistor:** A Magic technology-file report assumed 1 kOhm/square high-res poly and 2 fF/um2 MIM. Leo Moser said the 2 fF value did not match the stack documentation he expected. ## Curation decision

Do not publish a confirmed metal thickness, MIM density, or high-resistor value from these messages alone. A run-specific process form or another controlled wafer.space or GF source is required. Until then, tool defaults and community summaries are evidence of assumptions, not fabrication control.
